This post is available from the start of the 2009/10 academic year. We particularly welcome applicants with expertise in the economics of the Middle East, Africa, South Asia or the Asia Pacific regions as well as those able to teach core undergraduate subjects especially quantitative methods.

The successful candidate will show a proven research capability appropriate to a highly-rated Department of Economics, as well as enthusiasm for teaching and an interest in the mission of SOAS and the Department of Economics
