Job Description

The Department of Economics and Finance at the Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College of New Jersey invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor position beginning September 1, 2010. The Anisfield School of Business is the home of the Eastern Economic Association  

Additional Details

The committee will consider high quality candidates in all fields of Economics but is particularly interested in applicants specializing in Macroeconomics and Econometrics. The teaching load will also include Business Statistics. We welcome applications from individuals who are ABD to seasoned professionals.  

Qualifications

PH.D. in Economics preferred or ABD with imminent completion date. Demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching. Experience with college-level Federal Reserve Bank Challenge competition is desirable.

Faculty members are expected to maintain academic and professional qualifications consistent with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International standards for scholarship and intellectual contributions as well as fulfilling service obligations including college and school governance, academic advisement, professional development and other needed activities.
