Assistant Professor in Economics

The Department of Economics at the University of Chile is seeking one full-time assistant professor position beginning in March 2010. We will consider applicants in any field of Economics. We have a particular need for macroeconomists, but are willing to wwEvaluate good candidates in any field. Candidates must have a promising research agenda and teaching experience.

The principal responsibilities of the position are research for publication in recognized journals and teaching a maximum three courses per year.
