Position Summary:

The Analyst position will play a critical role in supporting the Asset Management team in the underwriting, management and disposition of real estate assets. The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of commercial real estate investment strategies in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Essential Functions:

Assist in the preparation of asset-level recommendations for senior management
Build and maintain property valuation models using Excel and ARGUS
Produce asset-level reporting on a periodic basis
Assist in periodic investment valuation and business plan processes
Update and maintain various proprietary databases which track asset-level information to increase the accuracy of portfolio reporting
Assist in the underwriting and due diligence of new CRE investment opportunities

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong modeling skills (Excel and Argus)
High attention to detail in analytical assessments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexible attitude with the ability to manage change effectively as the team grows
Willingness to work hard and learn

Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in finance, real estate, business, economics or related area.

Experience:

0 to 2 years work experience
Commercial real estate investment and/or finance experience considered a plus

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
