The Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at Colorado State University seeks a Livestock Economist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. With an appointment split of 40% research, 40% teaching, and 20% outreach/service, the successful candidate will be expected to develop a nationally recognized research and outreach program with an emphasis on livestock agriculture. They will be part of CSU AgNext, a multi-disciplinary team focused on sustainable solutions for animal agriculture and is expected to work with stakeholders using applied economic approaches to answer relevant questions for Western U.S. agriculture.
