The Economics Department at St. Mary's College of Maryland invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Economics beginning in the fall of 2016. The position requires the teaching of Principles of Economics and Public Sector Economics; interest and skills in Urban Economics, Behavioral Economics, or Health Economics a plus. The new hire will also have the opportunity to teach other courses based on his/her interests. We seek applicants that are committed to excellence in teaching in a liberal arts setting. A Ph.D. is preferred but ABD will also be considered.
