We are recruiting an Associate Director to join our Competition practice. Our Competition team works closely with clients and legal counsel, providing a mix of strategic advice and technical support. We assist in pre-empting issues, in producing and responding to technical analysis, in preparing client submissions and expert reports and in giving oral evidence.

In addition to inspiring others, we are looking for an knowledgeable candidate with specialised skills and valuable expertise. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for the long term sustainability and success of the company. Primarily you lead and add value across three key areas:

ï‚¡ Brand: actively promote and nourish the Frontier Brand.

Associate Directors act as guardians of our brand by articulating and promoting the work we do and the culture of the firm internally and externally. Our brand helps our clients and employees understand what makes us different. We combine analytical thinking with creative problem solving to deliver outstanding results for our people and our clients. Our clients benefit from quality, objective thinking coupled with a creative and fun approach. Our people benefit by taking on stretching roles with interesting clients and working with colleagues who are caring and supportive, yet committed to working hard.

Associate Directors generate revenue by building strong relationships with clients, supporting managers in work winning activities and identifying new opportunities for the firm that enhance its reputation. More specifically, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to engage in:

- Client Relationship Management: Strong communicators managing and developing client relationships at the highest level; actively managing Frontier's brand and protecting and enhancing its reputation and maintaining and raising the quality of the work to meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity and professionalism.

- Financial Management and Sustainability: Driven individuals who can who can win and manage significant and sustainable revenue for the company; ensuring that sound financial discipline is embedded in the practices so that each practice maximises its financial contribution to the company through effective utilisation of staff, working to budgets, prompt billing and effective financial administration.

- Developing Self and others: Inspiring role models responsible for the career development and wellbeing of all of our staff through mentoring, coaching, and facilitating the growth of staff on projects; embedding a learning and development culture.

- Contribution to Frontier values: A genuine interest in identifying and developing opportunities to make Frontier a better place to work.
