Position Summary
The School of Business Administration at Portland State University seeks candidates for a tenure track position in real estate finance beginning September 16, 2015. Successful candidates will provide current evidence of an on-going research program. Candidates should also be able to develop and teach courses within PSU's Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program, as well as offer teaching in other the School of Business Administration programs. Demonstrated research interests, including publications in peer-reviewed journals or works in progress will be viewed as a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
• Doctoral degree in business, finance, or economics (or related discipline) from an accredited institution or ABDs who receive their degree by September 1, 2015. • A documented research portfolio with a developing research pipeline in areas related to real estate finance and economics.

Preferred Qualifications
• Research interests that complement our current faculty
