The Audience Insights team is seeking an experienced market research professional to analyze how our audience uses Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data deep dives and identifying consumer behavioral trends. Applicants should have a strong quantitative background, as well as experience designing research and analyzing large datasets. This position is full time and located in either our London or Dublin office.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth studies of the Facebook client base that identify actionable trends and insights
Develop expertise regarding audience behavior specific to the EMEA
Conduct user polls/surveys that provide accurate tracking of timely trends and memes
Build and maintain an efficient system to quickly answer ad-hoc audience questions
Monitor syndicated audience data trends (comScore, Nielsen, etc.) to discover trends as they emerge, and synthesize with our overall insights strategy
Surface relevant third-party audience insights to key teams within Facebook

Requirements
3-5 years of relevant working experience
Advanced degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioral or social science or a related quantitative field
Outstanding statistical and data analysis skills (e.g. significance testing, regression modeling, factor analysis, etc.)
Solid track record of inspiring corporate action based on data-driven insights
Experience using SPSS, SAS, R, Matlab, or other statistical packages
Experience using SQL & Excel 2007
Solid understanding of the advertising industry (especially online) and measurement methods/technologies most commonly used
Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Excellent oral and written communication skills
