Key Role:

Provide support to a DoD client and other federal and commercial clients. Provide data and economic analysis support, primarily in IT-focused client engagements and perform market research, cost modeling, and presentations. Maintain responsibility for efficiency metrics, economic analysis, stochastic analysis, and modeling using Excel and COTS tools and provide structured quantitative and qualitative analysis along with technical and business acumen. Support requirements analysis and high-level systems development discussions. Maintain responsibility for IT cost governance, decision analysis, and business models. Support DoD-wide strategic communications and outreach, as needed. Lead and support briefings to senior government leadership.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
-Experience with one or more of the following concepts: IT infrastructure, data analysis, cost and financial modeling, business analysis, it strategy, or outsourcing
-Ability to obtain a security clearance

Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to support clients in MD, DC, and VA
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Secret clearance preferred
-BA or BS degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics preferred
-Affiliation with ICEAA or another cost analysis association
-Cost Estimating Certification, including CCE/A
