xAd is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the Finance team. The analyst will work closely with our Human Resources department to support of the design and implementation of xAd's compensation strategy. Initiatives include: annual compensation review, pay structure development, salary benchmarking, and other projects in a high-growth and high-volume environment.

You will:

Liaise with Finance and senior leadership on all compensation matters.
Develop compensations related materials to ensure that the compensation philosophy is applied and understood across all of xAd's locations.
Build company processes around compensation programs and structure for all employees by assessing, analyzing salary data and making recommendations.

You are:

Independent, driven, and ready to take initiative and multitask.
A problem solver with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data efficiently.
Comfortable working with highly sensitive and confidential data.

You have:

3-5 years of experience in compensation.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or other related field.
Mastery of Microsoft Excel – experience with ADP would be beneficial!
A proven history of success in implementing compensation processes.
