Twitter is looking for an exceptional Data Science Analyst to join our Revenue Forecasting & Analytics group. You will use statistical and econometric techniques to analyze data and answer complex questions related to revenue products, advertisers and top-line revenue. You should be passionate about finding insights in data, synthesizing and communicating results, and driving practical business impact. This team will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance.

.Responsibilities:

Driving business impact:
Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional business partners to key unanswered questions about revenue products
Create meaningful presentations and analyses that tell a "story" focused on insights, not just data
Synthesize methodology and data into actionable revenue strategy, and communicate findings to product, engineering, and management teams
Getting your hands dirty:
Conduct in-depth analyses with datasets, large and small
Use statistical and econometric techniques to help establish causal links between product changes or launches and revenue, and model/predict the performance of new and existing revenue products
Analyze experimental results
Develop dashboards to analyze and monitor key metrics
Willingness and ability to learn more advanced statistical methods
Be the go-to person for any data question

Qualifications:

3+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis to solve problems
Degree in Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or other quantitative field
Expert with writing and interpreting complex SQL queries
Expert with statistical software (R/Stata/SAS/Matlab)
Expert with Excel & PowerPoint/Keynote
Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively

Pluses:
*Experience w Tableau
*Experience with Hadoop (Pig, Scalding)
