This position, AMS Demand Marketing Business Strategist, will drive the next phase of the evolution of the company's level of sophistication around Revenue marketing driven by predictive and advanced targeting insights.

This seasoned leader will have a strong understanding of Demand Marketing strategies, predictive models, deep segmentation experience using advanced contact management tools and automation. You will need to be able to bring together disparate groups of individuals towards a common goal –allowing analytics to generate, optimize, and enrich targeted campaigns. You will be focused on the highest impact opportunities and help keep the organization's efforts focused on the activities that drive the largest measurable ROI.

You will have a key role in facilitating the delivery of the most complete and diverse portfolio of Marketing reports and dashboards in support of Campaigns lead and opportunity metrics. Drive the production of Executive level presentations.

Job description:

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

· Strong experience in relationship management, scoping, analysis, solution design – all utilized towards the implementation of operationally-efficient Analytics-driven solutions
· He/she will have a deep understanding of using data and process rigor to identify and develop deep insights – and will have the communication and collaboration skills necessary to influence business partners to adopt, leverage, and integrate analytics into their day to day marketing processes.
· Specific B2B and Channel Marketing/Sales-led demand gen experience – working with media, retail channels, enterprise channels, and the direct sales force.
· Knowledge of Advanced Analytics as well as deep Commercial and Enterprise Marketing principals.
· A background executing Customer Segmentation strategies, ROI frameworks, Channel Partner measurement frameworks, Digital Marketing effectiveness, Lead Scoring and White space analytics in a B2B Technology industry will be critical success factors for this role.
· Spearhead all reporting requirements and deliverables for the AMS region.
· Proficient in Aprimo, QlikView, Salesforce.com and other automation applications.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a field that emphasizes quantitative methods (math, statistics, economics, computer science, etc.); computer science a significant plus
· At least 8 years of work experience in delivering analytical solutions (Contact databases, Segmentation, CRM, and Marketing)
· Demonstrated leadership skills and consulting skills. A background in leading global teams is preferred.
· Exceptionally strong quantitative & analytical skills required; a technology background that allows for a deep, detailed partnership with technology and data teams is a significant plus.
· Prior experience working with a data warehouse environment that provides the ability to merge web analytic data with additional behavior data (both online and offline) is a significant plus
· Strong technical, analytical skillset (SAS, SQL, predictive modeling skills, R familiarity a plus).
· Excellent communication & presentation skills along with interpersonal and influencing skills (at all levels internally, externally and cross-functionally)
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, Statistics or related field; an MBA or technical degree in related field is advantages.
· Other attributes and knowledge:
o Thorough knowledge of campaign-to-lead process
o Detailed understanding of Marketing and Customer relationship management applications and associated processes within these systems for campaign-to-lead set-up, execution and follow-up; Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience is preferred.
o Understanding of marketing database and data attributes used for campaign targeting, response qualification and lead follow-up, and reporting
o Understanding of sales coverage models and lead routes to that model
· Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a virtual team
· Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines
Ability to work with remote teams and independently
