Role Summary/Purpose

The Economic Capital Initiatives Analyst will be responsible for leading daily operational activities to support project execution and maintaining a standard of excellence for project management & implementation for Economic Capital initiatives. The Analyst will work with the E-Cap Initiatives Leader & other team members, participating in all aspects of the planning and implementation of relevant initiatives for the business.

Essential Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Leaders across Capital HQ PMOs and E-Cap Leaders across the business units to facilitate project execution
Assist E-Cap Initiatives Leader to develop, implement and ensure adherence to the project management methodology
Monitor progress and prepare status reports for management, support E-Cap Leaders to prepare for tollgate reviews
Collect and analyze risks related to project portfolio, propose mitigation and follow execution
Support overall E-Cap team on project delivery as needed
Assist E-Cap Initiatives Leader to develop communication plan and presentation materials to engage and educate business units on E-Cap framework and methodologies

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics or minimum of 4 years in relevant Finance, Risk Management or consulting role
Demonstrated ability to use project management tools, templates and applications to manage and monitor large-scale projects
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; collaborative approach with peers and team members
Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
Experience in preparing presentations for management
Expert MS Office skills especially Excel (Super User), PowerPoint (Expert), Word
