This is a stimulating challenge for an economist to work within an internationally-focused and diverse team helping to maintain our economic data and models, contribute to the development of the Economist Intelligence Unit's data products, and deliver bespoke research projects with a strong quantitative element.

You may have a background in banking and finance, journalism, industry or government, but you must have an outstanding track record in delivering quantitative projects on-brief and on-budget. Also, you must possess excellent communication skills along with detailed knowledge of Excel and of economic modelling. A thorough understanding of country macroeconomic trends and international business will also be crucial.
