Job Summary
Researches a wide range of local and regional real estate development and economic development issues, and provides analysis and consultation regarding the development of dynamic regional and local economies, as well as urban and rural regeneration. Project examples include market analysis, financial feasibility analysis, case studies, and economic and fiscal impacts analyses. Proposes solutions to issues such as labor markets, education and skills, deprivation and social inclusion, inward investment and business development. May draft and prepare reports based on project outcomes. Experienced professional who continues to develop skills and areas of expertise. Handles many different types of projects and work due to a strong generalist background. Has a good understanding of responsibilities and workflow. May be responsible for aspects of project or have significant technical role but is not yet lead in these areas; final authority usually rests with a more senior staff member.

Minimum Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office software platform with strong Excel spreadsheet skills; strong quantitative data analysis skills; experience developing financial models; strong analytical writing skills; general knowledge of real estate development industry trends and standards.

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to problem-solve and develop new approaches to obtain and assess data; aptitude for applying qualitative assessments to quantitative results; effective time management capabilities and ability to multi-task; inherent intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn, both from colleagues and independently; ability to independently conduct portions of a project's data gathering, analysis, and report-writing as well as work within a team environment; experience with client or stakeholder interface, including interviews, meetings, or presentations. Possesses excellent technical skills and strong personal initiative. Work reflects high quality and standards, innovation, professional curiosity, and creativity; develops solutions for client projects.
