Key Role:
Work directly with internal and external clients to perform advanced economic and financial analysis and provide technical knowledge to support private and public sector clients in data analytics, strategy, and organizational improvements. Work closely with our multidisciplinary team in the use of financial and economic models and methodologies, including cost-benefit analysis, econometrics, data analysis, alternative data mining methodologies, and data visualization to derive recommendations for our clients. Use experience working in team or client environments to present recommendations to the internal and client teams, clearly articulating the solution concept and how it supports business strategy. Participate in a collaborative team within dynamic, fast-paced, project environments. This position is located in Philadelphia, PA.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with economic and statistical analysis
-Experience with econometric analysis
-Experience with data mining techniques and methodologies
-Experience with scripting and computer programming
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with management consulting
-Experience in working with federal or local government clients
-Experience with cost avoidance, value generation, and optimization
-Experience with statistical tools and packages, including R, STATA, SAS, or Bayesian Lab
-Experience with database, scripting, and programming, including SQL, Python, or CIGWIN
-Experience with economic modeling tools, including IMPLAN, REMI, or Oxford Economics
-Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, consumer products, or aviation industries
-Knowledge of data visualization tools, including Tableau, a plus
-Ability to learn new technologies and modeling techniques quickly and autonomously
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent management, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills
-BA or BS degree in Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field preferred; MA or MS degree in Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field a plus
