Objective of Role:
We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our LaSalle Investment Management (Securities) team. LaSalle Investment Management (Securities), a subsidiary of JLL, manages over $13.9 billion of assets on behalf of institutional investors in the public equity markets. We invest in publicly traded REITs and real estate oriented businesses globally.

Accountabilities:
• Support portfolio managers in adding value to client portfolios through regional allocation
• Maintain, update, expand and audit our proprietary valuation models
• Assist with fundamental and quantitative market analysis
• Monitor global capital markets
• Create and update data and presentations for both internal and external clients
• Assist in writing reports and servicing client requests

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field
• Up to 3 years related work experience
• CFA charterholder or candidate
• Excellent quantitative and Microsoft Excel modeling skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven with an attention to detail
