Infrastructure Division
The Infrastructure departments represent all of the functions which support Trading and Sales within the Global Markets division. Infrastructure teams work closely with internal clients to consistently add value and increase efficiency throughout the firm, allowing our businesses to continually capitalize on new opportunities. Our Analyst Program is an exceptional three-year rotational program with a wide and diverse variety of roles and projects across Business Project Management, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Credit and Market Risk Management and other areas within Infrastructure. Analysts will rotate within the support function areas in the first 2 years of the program with the opportunity for permanent placement in the 3rd year. Analysts gain a unique perspective of the wide variety of functions required to support our Global Markets activity, helping them build an impressive and solid foundation for the rest of their career in financial services. Through their rotations, Analysts are poised to contribute and make immediate impact on the teams they join.

Management of Risk
- Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues.

Observation of Internal Controls
- Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
Qualifications
- Undergraduates in their graduating senior year, minimum 3.2 cumulative overall GPA.
- BA/BS, all majors are considered, concentration in finance or economics a plus.
- Superior quantitative, analytical, communication and leadership skills are essential.
- A willingness to commit to the full program (including social events).
