We are looking to recruit a lecturer/senior lecturer in macroeconomics to join the Economics Group of King's Business School. The School is one of the top ten ranked centres for the study of management and business in the UK, and became an independent Faculty on 1 August 2017 and has over 100 academic staff and a full range of undergraduate, Masters and PhD programmes. The Economics Group contributes to teaching at undergraduate level on the BSc Economics and Management, BSc Economics (jointly with the Department of Political Economy) BSc Business Management and BSc International management degrees.

As such we are going through an exciting development phase and are looking for high quality people to join our growing team. The School places a premium on international levels of scholarship and research excellence and you will be expected to play a role in the standing and development of the Group in this regard.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to high quality research and will be able to contribute excellent teaching on our undergraduate macroeconomics modules. You should hold a PhD in a relevant field, or be about to complete a PhD within 3 months. You should ideally have, or have the potential for, a high quality track record of publications in leading referred journals.

Grade and Salary : Grade 6/7, (£37,412- £53,355) per annum or Grade 8 (£54,853-£64,841), inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.
