Post-doc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (M/F)
Ref: Chambre de Commerce (to be mentioned in all correspondence), F2E-DEC-PAU-14BUED
2-year contract, 40h/week, renewable for a maximum of 60 months.

Mission

The post-doc researcher will work at CREA, the Center for Research in Economics and Management of the University of Luxembourg, under the direction of Professor Denise Fletcher. Tasks include:
• Realize high quality research in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation.
• Publication of articles in 'a' ranked journals as well as scientific reviews and contributions to conferences
• Assist and mentor PhD candidates.
• Assist with teaching activities, one to three hours a week and contribute to tutoring students and programme development/restructuring activities.
• Contribute to the building of a Management Group within the CREA research group.

Profile

• PhD in Entrepreneurship or Innovation.
• Excellent knowledge of entrepreneurship or innovation theory and ability to autonomously conduct research at a post-doctoral level.
• Have the linguistic skills to evolve in a multilingual environment: fluency in either English or French, good understanding of the second language and possibly a third language (particularly German) will be considered an advantage.
• Willingness to work part of a team is essential.
