The Revenue Management and Analytics (RM&A) team supports clients across The Walt Disney Company, including Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Disney Cruise Line, Media Networks (i.e. ABC, ESPN), Studio Entertainment and Disney Interactive Media in the core competencies of yield management, revenue planning, forecasting, pricing and optimization. Key partners to the RM&A organization include Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Research and Operations. Roles within RM&A develop, analyze, and execute strategies to maximize profitability and improve the value proposition for our Guests, Cast Members and Shareholders.
This position supports the Pricing team in developing, analyzing and executing pricing strategies to maximize profitability for the domestic Parks & Resorts line of business. Successful candidates will have strong communication and analytical skills, a natural curiosity to understand "why" performance is favorable or unfavorable, and will take a proactive role in problem solving.

Responsibilities
Evaluate business drivers and key metrics to measure the success of pricing decisions and initiatives, and support strategic projects addressing future business opportunities across domestic resorts and theme parks.
Leverage various analytical techniques and tools, as well as multiple data sources and large datasets, to conduct exploratory data analysis, perform advanced analytics, and create visualization tools to identify actionable insights into pricing decisions and Guest behavior.
Partner with key business areas to communicate performance, understand new initiatives, and identify impacts of strategic opportunities.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum two to three years analysis and/or strategy development experience
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated familiarity with statistical analysis and software
Demonstrated problem-solving, creative thinking, and partnering skills
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shift readily between technical and non-technical terminology depending on audience
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
Demonstrated strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results and understanding the business impact

Preferred Qualifications
Proven knowledge of Disney theme parks & resorts
Prior experience with pricing, revenue management, and/or forecasting
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to deliver on-time projects
Experience working with complex and large volumes of data, database applications, and data visualization software (i.e. Access, Teradata, Oracle, Tableau)

Preferred Education
Master's degree or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent
