Hertz started as a 12 car operation in Chicago in 1918, and has since grown into the world's leading car rental company with over 11,000 locations throughout 140 countries.

Our European Head Quarters based in Uxbridge employs approximately 350 people with over 23 different nationalities and we're currently recruiting for 3 Trainee's to join our annual Pricing Analyst Graduate Programme.

Programme Overview

You will be part of an intensive 12 months programme learning the role of a Pricing Analyst (potential permanent after 12 months).
The programme comprises of four phases during which you will receive a blend of on the job training as well as some off the job training activities
At the end of the 12 month programme you will be responsible for analyzing current and proposed pricing and yield management strategies and methodologies to ensure that the targets for their areas of responsibility are achieved

How we will support you!

Once you start you will be assigned a Mentor who will guide you for the duration of the whole programme and help you to get the most out of this experience
We also have dedicate programme support team to assist you with any questions you may have during the training.

Essential Requirements:

Qualified Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Economics / Mathematics / Business / Finance
Fluent in English and preferably at least one of the following European languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish
Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate and engage clearly and concisely across all levels of an organisation
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of Financial Analysis, Revenue Optimisation and Forecasting methods
Results oriented. Committed with deadlines.
Strong Planning & Organisation Skills
Open minded and curious towards new challenges
Ideally, work experience in a business or customer environment
