JLL invests heavily in Research employing almost 100 researchers across the EMEA region. The Pan-EMEA team, based in London, Hamburg and Frankfurt, coordinate cross border activities and provide a regional view of European property markets, vital in both distinguishing Jones Lang LaSalle from its competitors and in servicing its clients.

This role, within the Pan-EMEA team, is to support in the development of our Logistics & Industrial Research capability. It will contribute to the coordination of European logistics and industrial real estate data, create innovative strategies for tracking and displaying information, develop market insights, together with the development of client reports and research publications supporting the growth of our local, EMEA and global business.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in economics/finance/property.
A post-graduate qualification is beneficial but not essential.
Strong understanding of the indicators of property market performance, and their inter-relationships across EMEA is essential.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Strong report writing skills and the ability to contribute to both bespoke client reporting, market reports and white papers
The ability to manage large volumes of data with a stringent focus on enhancement and quality control.

European language (preferably French)

Responsibilities

Manage logistics and industrial data collation and quantity enhancements across the EMEA region
Contribute to regular, plannedlogistics and industrial research outputs
Support the Pan-EMEA Logistics & Industrial business lines with reports,presentations, and collateral to support specific client requirements.
Contribute to bespoke client reports, presentations and white papers
