AS A RESEARCH ANALYST YOU WILL . . .

Collect and analyze research data from surveys and other primary sources;
Able to manage/oversee multiple research projects at a time from questionnaire design to analysis/reporting with minimal guidance or oversight;
Create client-ready deliverables on a variety of market research topics with minimal guidance or oversight;
Manage deadlines to create reports requiring few edits quickly;
Conduct in-depth interviews with but not limited to industry experts, customers, prospective customers, or anyone relevant to our research.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.
1 - 3 years of relevant business or academic experience conducting research, survey design/analysis, or professional writing. Applied market research experience is preferred.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong command of primary and quantitative methodologies and procedures;
Willingness to tackle complex, often unfamiliar research requests;
Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal guidance or oversight;
Ability to work under pressure and multitask when there are multiple research projects/deadlines;
Experience writing and researching for a business or professional audience;
Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively;
Demonstrable problem solving skills;
Strong command of the English language and demonstrated writing and editing skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic;
High comfort level with Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point;
Experience with statistical/analysis programs, such as SPSS, Q Research Software, is a plus.
