Research assistant in Economics (M/F)

Ref: F2-080028 (to be mentioned in all correspondence)
Fixed term contract of 9 months, 40h/week (replacement of maternity and parental leave)

The researcher will be working for the Research Unit in Economics and Management (CREA).


Tasks
• The candidate will be required to accomplish scientific activities in field of economics and management;
• He/She will therefore collect and process micro and macro data in the field of economics and management;
• The research assistant will assist the team of professors, associate professors, post-doc and junior researchers in their research, particularly in the field of economics and management.

Profile
• Master degree in economics or management.
• Language skills sufficient to work in a multilingual environment. Due to the particular task the candidate has to be an English or a French native speaker; understanding of French and English is necessary. Knowledge of German will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of econometrics and at least one econometric software (Stata, SAS, Eviews, Gauss, …) will be considered an advantage.
