Applications are invited for two Grade 6 Research Fellow positions based at the Centre for Health Economics (CHE) at the University of York. The successful candidates will contribute to CHE's programme in economic evaluation and health technology assessment. The Research Fellows will work on a range of applied and methods projects in areas such as decision analytic modelling, statistical analysis of individual-level data, evidence synthesis and value of information analysis. Research is likely to relate to three major programmes: the Collaboration in Leadership for Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC), technology assessments for the National Institute for Care and Health Excellence (NICE) and the Policy Research Unit in Economic Evaluation of Health & Care Interventions (funded by the Department of Health Policy Research Programme).

Applicants will hold a higher degree in Health Economics or Economics. Strong quantitative skills are required.
