The Research Division of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, America's largest trade and professional association, seeks a Research Survey Analyst. The Research Division analyzes the economic, policy and structural effects of changes in the real estate industry and produces studies and statistics on topics affecting the practice of real estate and the ownership and management of real estate firms. The Research Survey Analyst will review surveys and survey reports written by internal NAR staff and outside vendors ensuring for quality and methodology. S/he will be responsible for writing engaging social media content on research survey results, and providing editorial assistance for survey reports. S/he is expected to assist in computer based analyses of data, and survey analytics to create survey reports.

The Research Survey Analyst serves as a liaison between internal survey staff and outside consumers. S/he is responsible for communicating new Research products and services to NAR members and non-member clients. S/he will assist in the maintenance of all Research web pages and monitor all Research social media channels i.e. Facebook and Twitter.


Requirements:
 Preferred Bachelor's degree in market research, survey research or related field
 Strong computer skills are necessary, particularly SPSS, PowerPoint, and Excel
 Proven strategic and tactical thinker; able to anticipate challenges and identify trends, with a history of developing proactive responses
 Effective communicator – verbal and written; articulate; a good listener
 Adept at navigating the unique dynamics of a membership-driven organization
