Responsibilities:
Preparing documentation, participating in audit defense and development of APAs, valuing intangible assets, and developing solutions to clients' economic business matters
Performing in-depth client, industry, and market research
Conducting financial and statistical analysis
Independently gathering data through client interviews
Designing, leveraging, and reviewing complex financial models
Preparing and presenting client reports and findings
Contributing to industry publications and client proposals

Requirements:
At least 2 years of transfer pricing experience including documentation, research, planning, valuation of intangibles, and development and review of complex valuation models
Proven team management skills, preferably in a consulting environment
Strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent research and analytical skills
Motivated by multiple projects and competing deadlines
Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
PhD in Economics with a preference for a concentration in Industrial Organization is a plus
