Duties and Responsibilities
The Department of Management Science and Innovation is seeking to recruit a Teaching Fellow / Senior Teaching Fellow to teach courses in business economics.

Based in the Faculty of Engineering Sciences, the department is on the UCL campus in Bloomsbury, London and offers innovative undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes to prepare leaders for the next generation of technology intensive organisations and for academic careers in leading universities.

Key Requirements
Applicants are required to have solid knowledge of the theories and practice of economics, experience of teaching courses at undergraduate or postgraduate level and the ability to motivate and engage students. They must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and it would be an advantage if they have experience of teaching students from a wide range of disciplines.

To be appointed at Senior Teaching Fellow level (Grade 8) the appointee should have a PhD or equivalent doctorate, significant experience of teaching business economics at teaching fellow level, excellent teaching evaluations and also scholarship activity as evidenced by a track record of conference presentations and/or publications in teaching-related journals.

Salary
(inclusive of London allowance)Grade 7: £36,424 to £39,253 per annum, Grade 8: £40,618 to £47,915 per annum. A Market Supplement of £10,000 per annum is payable in addition.
