As the PERA manager you'll work with stakeholders; interact with state agencies and ESD divisions during the evaluation process of their programs, services or policies; and build relationships with research organizations and universities to collaborate on studies.

The Program Evaluation, Research and Analysis (PERA) unit within the Labor Market and Economic Analysis (LMEA) group, conducts labor market research; workforce program, policy and service evaluations, employment projections and statistical analysis of Washington state labor markets. This position has statewide responsibility for evaluating workforce programs, policies and services; and managing survey-based research relevant to evaluations.

The Workforce Program, Policy and Service Evaluations Manager is essential to achieving four of the agency strategic goals. These goals are an integral part of ESD's mission: "partner to connect employers and job seekers – supporting transitions to new jobs and empowering careers."

intelligence.
• Internal processes deliver value and are continuously
improving to continually increase effectiveness of service
delivery to customers.

employers, future job seekers and job seekers, including
customers in employment transition.

customers.
