Workshop on Political Economy & Political Science, PEPS 2017

The University of Chile and the Millennium Institute for Research in Market Imperfections and Public Policy (MIPP) is organizing the 2017 version of the Workshop on Political Economy and Political Science. This event will take place on November 30 - December 2, 2017 in Santiago, Chile.

The workshop aims at bringing together academics from all over the world, in order to discuss new work in the fields of Political Economy and Political Science. We invite you to submit papers on any topic within these areas.

These speakers have already confirmed their participation:

James Snyder (Harvard University) will give the keynote lecture.
Krister Andersson (University of Colorado Boulder)
Manuel Bagues (Aalto University)
Mathieu Couttenier (University of Geneva)
Aniol Llorente-Saguer (Queen Mary University)

Santiago Oliveros (University of Essex)

If you would like to present a paper at this workshop, please send a copy of your work in PDF format to pepsmipp@gmail.com no later than August 31st, 2017. Submissions should be of completed papers; preliminary papers will be considered but abstracts will not. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by September 30th, 2017. Partial funding for travel expenses will be available subject to budgetary constraints. Earlier notification is possible depending on individual needs.
