We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer and/or Senior Lecturer in Economics. You will join a team of highly qualified academics with a passion for enhancing the student experience. You will contribute to research informed and technology enabled learning and teaching of economics in a business school context, at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In addition to teaching, you will undertake research and scholarly activities contributing to the Faculty's research profile, and will contribute to consultancy, enterprise, and other income generation and business development activities.

With a good research profile, you must have (or be close to completing) a PhD in a relevant field, ideally coupled with experience and expertise in the application of economic theory in industry, business, and policy making. With excellent interpersonal skills, you must be able to demonstrate expert knowledge in the field and be able to teach effectively on a range of academic and professional programmes using a variety of approaches to student learning. You will possess strong quantitative and/or qualitative analytical skills and ideally be a member of an appropriate professional body.

Salary: £39,992-49,149; £35,520-38,832
