Job Description
Our Product Incubator team is looking for a stellar and highly experience architect, This architect's role is the application and incorporation of organizational psychology, industrial psychology and behavioral economics across all aspects of the group's endeavors.

Using a working knowledge of scientifically validated best practices with an extensive background in organizational development, this person will participate in:

Product development, identifying areas of need and potential for technology to improve working conditions and dynamics
Product design and user experience, identifying mechanisms by which to make products more useful and appealing
Product messaging, incorporating applied psychological principles to accentuate salient information
User adoption, relying on motivational and leadership techniques to drive usage and feedback.
On products internal and external, the archiect will participate from conception through execution, both through hands-on implementation and through research and planning. High collaboration is needed with each individual team member to provide whatever services, consultation or contributions are required to improve outcomes and achieve desired results in the development of products and services to be distributed through ADP Innovations and to external clients.

Must have:

Several years as a behavioral economist
Masters in Organizational Psychology
