Position Overview

The Business Analyst will report directly to the Senior Vice President – North America, and will also work closely with the corporate analytics team in Sweden. The successful candidate will use his/her analytical skills and business acumen to deliver business improvements and provide impact. The Business Analyst will ensure that key business metrics are well understood and clearly disseminated, fostering transparency and enhancing decision making. Atos has a strong track record of using similar roles as a platform for progression into managerial roles with the company.

Main Job Responsibilities

Serve as internal consultant to challenge/improve current business processes and provide support to the management team.
Drive performance improvement across functions with focus on our DtC processes
Independently drive "stand alone" projects ranging from operational improvements, to sourcing and M&A in close collaboration with headquarter functions
Develop and maintain tools for performance tracking and reporting for the field and the inside commercial team (e.g. dashboards, reports, etc.)
Ongoing analysis and reporting with the relevant stakeholders regarding operational and commercial KPIs, including sales force targets, sales budgets, price development, volume growth, etc.
Together with the management team help build and execute sales plans, budgets, incentive plans and long term planning
Proactively and independently assess business dynamics through quantitative analysis and provide insights and recommendations to the management team
Consistently monitor customer buying trends and behaviors to identify opportunities and threats, and provide recommendations based on the data

Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor degree with focus on quantitative skills preferable related to business (e.g. Economics, MBA or similar)
Consulting or internal business development functions with minimum 3 years of experience.
Experience in driving operational improvements

Ideally has had responsibility for:
Management reporting and follow-up
Performance management tracking and reporting, preferably of the sales force
Business planning

Strong analytical skills
Exceptional functional utilization of Excel
Experience and familiarity with databases (e.g. SQL or similar)
Solid business acumen; has a strong interest in the business dynamics and seeks to understand key business drivers outside of the analytics
Ability to formulate clear and concise insights and recommendations based on large amounts of data
Excellent communication skills: the ability to convey complex insights across multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills: the successful candidate will be able to establish and foster strong working relationships across multiple levels and functions in the organization

High attention to detail; accuracy matters
