Resp for implementing & supporting co.'s products at buy-side US & int'l clients incl understanding their business and wkflow needs & prov solutions that optimize their daily processes; Deliver solutions to our clients' investment & trading needs, starting w/implementation process & cont to prov & advice re: trading strategies, wkflow & as products evolve; gather client req by mtg with client's Ops team, Trading desk, and Portfolio Mgrs; create implementation plan, installs, customizes & config our suite of products for clients; manage multiple projs simultaneously & set appropriate client expectations; build strong client rel w/hedge fund traders, portfolio mgrs, & executives at C-level; communicate client req to Prod Mgt & Dev teams, train end-users (portfolio mgrs, traders, compliance officers) on use of desktop apps in co. prod suite; Configure sys to meet client's specific wkflow needs; create doc tailored to end user needs; manage & conduct routine sys upgrades in accord w/client needs & software releases of co. prod suite; Gen'l troubleshooting of sys issues on as needed, on-call basis; day to day consulting svcs on new projects incl customizations, enhancements, & add'l use of Eze prods & support for user ques; create & prov custom reports & queries that enable traders & portfolio mgrs. to view positions & trades as needed.

Bach's deg Economics, Bus, Mgt, Comp Tech, Eng or rel; Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher; 1 yr of prof exper (can be through internship) rel to Bus anal., proj mgmt., client svc &/or software implem & config; qual exper must incl fin'l indus rel work; Must have know. of fin'l reporting, SQL & DB tech via exper/educ; ability to work fast-paced challenging envir.;
