The mission of the BCG Henderson Institute is to strengthen BCG's efforts to originate, develop, and disseminate new thinking and ideas to our teams and clients. As the think tank of BCG, the institute brings together a number of BCG's existing efforts – the Fellows program, the Strategy Institute, and the World Economic Forum projects – under a common community and brand. The launch of the BHI represents BCG's ongoing commitment to stay at the cutting edge of upstream ideas and their translation into meaningful business and societal impact.

As part of the Institute, there is a Center for Macroeconomics to grow our capabilities in this area, which is charged with providing intelligent synthesis of the impact of macroeconomic developments on BCG clients, and ensuring a "seat at the table" in national level settings through differentiating perspective. BCG is looking for a leader to take on the new role developing and leading the Center and driving BCG's thinking in macroeconomics.

This seasoned executive must have the experience and passion to lead change, drive the development of this initiative, and effectively develop and communicate BCG's perspective on macroeconomic development globally. BCG is looking both to strengthen the internal dialogue and work related to macroeconomic trends and their impact on our clients and to unify the communication of this point of view.

Success in this role will involve not only bringing together and supercharging the efforts in coalescing existing points of view in BCG, but also, driving and developing BCG's thinking on macroeconomics and its impact on our clients. The leader of CME will support our senior leaders as they speak externally and over time, will be the public face of BCG's point of view on these topics. The Firm takes very seriously its desire to remain on the forefront of world class thinking on topics that matter to our clients and the world. The individual who fills this position will be instrumental in the development of the Center for Macroeconomics and will be an important part of the BCG Henderson Institute.

This leader will work directly with the Senior Partner and Managing Director who leads the BCG Henderson Institute and will actively coordinate with Partners and others globally.
