What You'll Do:

You will be primarily responsible for supporting research, analytical, and presentation needs of the firm's Senior Analysts, Senior Economists, Directors of Research, and Chief Economist. With evidence of progress, the research analyst will be expected to interface with clients and the media, generate custom analytical projects and reports, and create and help maintain economic and financial models.

Responsibilities

Specifically, you'll be:

Supporting research, analytical, and presentation needs of the Research & Economics group.
Keeping up to date with the latest tools and software languages required to appropriately model commercial real estate data and adapt to information flow given the nature of Reis's primary data.

Qualifications

Our Must-Haves:

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Where You've Been:
Undergraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or another degree that demonstrates quantitative analysis skills.
Experience with STATA and other statistical programming languages highly preferred, but not required.
Experience in commercial real estate and Reis data preferred, but not required.
