We create positive impact through more than 100 current projects with more than 2000 employees operating in over 90 counties.Palladium is seeking a Economist/Analyst to provide support to the Strategy and Corporate Development function of Palladium through the conduct of research, collecting and analysing data and monitoring and developing forecasts that are used to develop and assess Business Plans.Primary responsibilities:

Develop business models and business plans to evaluate new business opportunities both for existing and prospective business lines.
Monitor the performance of any newly introduced business lines against approved business plan.
Support the Office of Strategy Management (OSM) in collating, analysing and reporting on corporate business performance (KPIs).
Support the Local Partnership team in researching new market opportunities.
Support M&As in researching and analysing potential acquisitions.
Other Business Development and Research activities as they emerge;

Minimum education and experience required
Degree in Economics or MBA
2-5 years' relevant experience
