The Department of Economics is a part of the Business School and will go through significant expansion over the next few years. The expansion of the Department is intended to consolidate and enhance its research standing both nationally and internationally in Applied Economics. We are looking for an innovative researcher with a strong and current record of research funding and international quality publications with the ability to attract world-class academics to their research group.

The successful candidate will contribute to extending the research profile of the University of Exeter applied economics group, particularly in areas related or complementary to work on the application of economic analysis to policy and/or business activity that in some way affect human capital. We are looking for a leading international figure with the ability to attract world-class academics to their research groups. Applicants will be innovative researchers with a strong track record of research funding and international quality publications.
