Required Qualifications:
•6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling
•4+ years of SAS experience
•4 + years of experience building predictive models

•Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
•Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•Ability to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally
•Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Other Desired Qualifications:
• High level of experience with various data platforms – Teradata, Oracle, SQL, Aster, Hadoop
• Very proficient in SAS and MS SQL
• Experience with machine learning, multivariate statistical analysis, cluster analysis, decision trees, predictive modeling, data mining
• Enthusiastic about exploring and learning latest analytic/data trends is a must
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• Strong work ethics, team oriented, energetic and positive attitude, attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize data to "tell a story" and align information
• Experience analyzing and manipulating unstructured data
• Financial industry and digital marketing experience a plus
• Previous experience with technical tools such as R, Python, Hive, SQL MR would be beneficial
• Previous exposure to Big Data would be beneficial
• Business knowledge on web data and web analytics tools
• Master's degree or higher strongly preferred
