Xaxis is actively looking for an Associate to join our rapidly growing team. As an Associate, you will assist Xaxis account teams through the entire digital campaign lifecycle, form building out budgets to analyzing trends upon a campaign's completion. You will serve as a key team member by setting up campaign tags on Xaxis' backend, as well as in the day-to-day management of campaign optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in post-campaign analysis and reporting
• Complete insertion order process and ensure adherence to terms and conditions
• Handle cancellations and re-allocations in a timely manner
• Optimize campaigns based on direction from Account Management or Audience Campaign Management team
• Work with both Campaign and Account Management team to ensure proper tagging setup
• Actualize monthly campaign and post-campaign spend
• Set up partner reporting via DART/DFA
• Assist in the QA process at the launch of campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related degree is preferred
• 1 year of experience in interactive media planning and/or online ad network account management is highly desirable (internship experience is also considered)
• Demonstrated success in managing large client engagements
• Experience with DART/DFA, Open AdStream and/or Atlas ad serving technology
• Experience with third party ad tags, conversion tracking pixels, floodlighting, piggybacking and reporting
• Technology and/or software product management experience
• Agency/large advertiser experience
• Advanced computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Problem solver with strong eye for detail
