JUNIOR DATA ANALYST
CMBS – Chicago

Position Summary:

Assist in the market, financial and economic analyses of commercial real estate transactions to determine appropriate CMBS credit ratings.
Provide support in the development of reports and presentations to the firm's rating committees, investors and conference audiences and ultimately give presentations.
Respond to requests for information from clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Detail oriented, organized, and ability to manage changing priorities
Strong quantitative and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must work well in a team environment and have a desire to learn new analytical methods
