Pricing Support Analyst

Pricing Support Analyst will assist Pricing Management in tracking the status of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs), SOWs, etc., maintaining a schedule for current and upcoming proposal activity and ensuring timely delivery of proposal to the customer. Work with the program manager to review and summarize RFP requirements to ensure compliant proposal submittals.
Responsible for working with Program Management to ensure the requirements checklist, required with PMP development, has been completed and communicated to proposal team members.
Responsible for reviewing all internal inputs, ensuring consistency amongst the bidders. Responsible for reviewing the Costed Bill of Material; ensuring current information, appropriate escalation, NPA and Design Growth, correct summarization and overall completeness. Responsible for developing FAR pricing for proposal activity, ensuring that all efforts are priced in accordance with standard processes. Responsible for ensuring all proposal cost volumes and data are complete per the requirements as defined in the customer's RFP/RFQ. Responsible for performing an audit of the proposal, ensuring proposal is in accordance with RFP, and ensuring compliance with FAR requirements.
Supports and coordinates the development of proposals and coordinates with management for submittal of proposals in accordance with established internal processes. Assures the proposal is consistent with statement of work and customer requirements. Responsible for populating proposal in teamroom for routing and approval. Maintains cognizance of all proposals after submittal to the customer(s).
Works with Contracts to negotiate proposals, document changes during negotiations, and incorporate changes. Support DCMC/ DCAA proposal audits. Review proposal pricing, ensuring that all costs are proposed utilizing the correct account codes (i.e., material vs subcontract, etc.) Review proposal pricing to ensure that T&M proposals are priced accurately, mapping support services, consultants, etc. to SNC labor categories

Requirements
Education: BA/BS Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent with
0-3 years experience with DOD proposal activities.
