Nielsen's Measurement Science group is core to what Nielsen does. The team consists of researchers and statisticians that create our research methods and ensure our clients are receiving statistically relevant data. This role supports some of Nielsen's largest consumer panels and will be involved in innovative data analysis and research.

In this role, you will contribute to analysis that resolves specific client research concerns. You will serve as a liaison between our client service team, quality assurance, operations, engineering, and measurement science teams with regards to internal and external client research projects. You will have the opportunity to work cross functionally to provide a professional, clear response on all client queries

Job Responsibilities
Contributes to analytical projects from beginning to end; including developing analytical plan, running analyses, and summarizing results
Collaboratively creates and manages projects, from timeline creation to project completion, managing expectations with manager and customer.
Supports Operations leaders in providing technical consultation to solve Measurement Science related issues
Partners with Operations team to research and provide local knowledge
Compiling and delivering documentation material such as power point slides for methodology questions and/or frequently asked questions; supporting basic client service duties as needed; and participating in team projects and staff meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or a related field, Master's degree a plus
Experience with a statistical software package such as SAS, SPSS or R required
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong statistical and logic skills with an exceptional aptitude for data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
0-2 years cross-function experience
Accuracy and attention to detail required
Microsoft Access database knowledge
Visual basic programming
