How do I receive applications? You have 3 options. 1) Receive applications to your email address, which will also store your applications to your account with us. 2) Specify the url address of your online application system and direct job seekers to it. 3) Should you also want to receive applications by post or fax then you must specify so in the job description.

How much control do I have over my advert? Full control. You can edit your job adverts at any time in the Manage Jobs section once you are logged into your account. You can also amend your application deadline should you wish to shorten or extend your advert.

How do I make payment? We accept all major credit cards. You will be taken to the payment page after submitting the details of your advert. For your security our card payments are handled by Stripe.

Can you invoice us instead? Yes. If you are unable to pay by credit card send us an email at support@econ-jobs.com and request an invoice for payment by bank transfer or check. We will activate your advert straight away and expect payment within 30 days.

What if my credit card is rejected? Sometimes the payment system can reject your corporate credit card without providing useful feedback. If this is the case contact us at support@econ-jobs.com and we will assist with your payment process.
